How to Commission Me
To get started, just follow these simple steps:
Share your reference material: Please send over a clear visual reference of your character. This can be a character sheet, previous art commissions, or even real-life photos of a cosplay or fursuit!
Note: For this specific commission, I only work from existing reference material. If your character doesn't exist yet or doesn't have art, I would love to help you build them from scratch! Please check out my Character Design Commissions instead.
Tell me what matters most: If there are specific markings, expressions, or details that are super important to you, just let me know upfront. I want to make sure I capture your character perfectly!
The Fine Print
Format: Physical product. Hand-cut, laminated, and pre-clipped for immediate suiting.
Care Instructions: Because these badges are precisely hand-cut right up to the edge, please be mindful that they can be harmed by water damage over the long run. Keep them safely tucked away from heavy rain or puddles!
Backgrounds: Your choice of a solid color or a gradient.
Project Time & Deadlines: Turnaround time varies based on complexity, and a project can take anywhere from a week to a few months to finish. Because preparing for and attending conventions is my top priority, I generally do not work with strict deadlines. If you have a specific deadline or need a rush order, you must mention this upfront in our initial communication so we can discuss if it's possible!
Revisions: I want you to love your badge, so I’m happy to make minor adjustments within reason during the digital drafting phase. Once we agree on the final piece and it moves to printing and lamination, I won't be able to make further changes!
