Shipping Information:

I strive to make my products available to customers worldwide, although there are some limitations. Currently, I offer shipping to the following regions: The Netherlands, most countries within the European Union (EU), and various international destinations.

Processing time:

I aim to send out most orders the next Monday or Thursday. Once shipped, NL/EU orders typically take approximately 3 to 5 days to arrive. However, please understand that minor delays may occur due to order volume fluctuations. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.


Can I change my shipping address?

Please note that you can only modify the shipping address if your order has not yet been shipped. It is crucial to double-check the accuracy of your shipping address during the order placement process.

Stolen items

Please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for any stolen items. In the unfortunate event of a package theft, I recommend filing a mail theft claim with your designated post office and lodging a complaint with your local police station.


My order hasn't arrived

If your order has not arrived within 35 business days, you are eligible for a partial refund or a free reshipment. To initiate this process, please send an email to Rest assured that I will address the issue promptly and provide a suitable resolution.
