Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING TIMES

The average processing time is 2 to 5 business days, however, please allow up to two weeks for your order to be sent out following a shop update, around the holidays, or when I am at conventions.

SHIPPING ESTIMATIONS

After you receive your shipping confirmation email, this is how long it will likely take for your order to reach you:

Europe: 3-15 working days

Everywhere else: 4-8 weeks

DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

Please note that I am NOT responsible for packages that have been lost or held up at your local post office or customs office.
I am unable to provide complete refunds for things that are damaged or lost in transit because I have no control over how a package is handled after it has been dispatched.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may request a cancellation at any time until your order is shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled after you receive a shipping notification. After cancelling your order, funds may take up to 7 days to reappear in your account.

REFUND POLICY

Items can be exchanged, returned, or refunded within 14 days of receiving. The return cost is the customer’s responsibility.

The refund will be issued once the items arrive safely and in full amount. The delivery fees are not reimbursable, just the item prices will be refunded.

If I've made any mistakes (such as sending the wrong item or if an item is missing from your order), please read the paragraph below.

ISSUES WITH ORDERS

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package if it is damaged, or missing, or if you received the wrong item. This is usually resolved by a replacement item.
